Its usage and dosage are as follows:

1: temperature design, PBT halogen-free flame retardant design of the maximum temperature of not more than 240 degrees, and with the shear force of the lasting and increase, the temperature must be forced downward trend. 3: The choice of lubricant; this product in the production process, ester lubricants will reduce the flame retardant effect. In order to enhance the processing properties of their materials, you can choose EBS, TAF and other ammonia-containing lubricant or silicone lubricant more appropriate. This product is ideal for both black and natural colors. Physical retention rate as FR301B, flame retardance is not much difference. But the color retention rate is the best. 　　Mixing process: PBT, toughening agent weighing into the mixing hopper, adding coupling agent mixing, a minute. After adding antioxidants, lubricants, talc mix, about 1.5 minutes. Finally add flame retardant FR301A mix, about 2.5 minutes. (After adding FR301A, the mixing time shall not exceed 3 minutes.) The total mixing time is 5 minutes.
