Its usage and dosage are as follows:

1: temperature design, PBT halogen-free flame retardant design of the maximum temperature of not more than 240 degrees, and with the shear force of the lasting and increase, the temperature must be forced downward trend. 　　Mixing process: PBT, toughening agent weighing into the mixing hopper, adding coupling agent mixing, a minute. After adding antioxidants, lubricants, talc mix, about 1.5 minutes. Finally add flame retardant FR301B mix, about 2.5 minutes. (After adding FR301B, the mixing time shall not exceed 3 minutes.) The total mixing time is 5 minutes.
